Returns Policy

If you have a problem with your order, or if you have received a defective or incorrect item, please let us know on the Contact Us form or e-mail us at shipping@argenthings.com

You can contact us within 15 days after receiving the parcel. You may return most new, unused items for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days). Refund will be made into your PayPal account.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will reply with proper instructions on how to do it.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every parcel has Tracking Number. We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. If your order is placed one of these days before 1 PM (Buenos Aires Standard Time Zone: GMT/UTC – 03:00 hour), it will be shipped the same day.

Shipping rates are weight-based, and also are according to each continent. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.

We also ship your order to P.O.Boxes, Military Addresses, University Addresses, and special Forwarder Addresses. Note that shipping on these addresses will take more than expected.

This map shows the delivery time based on our records in the last 4 years. Take into account the delay of the following countries.

Russia: + than 25 days
Ukraine: + than 25 days
Brazil: + than 14 days
Saudi Arabia: + than 22 days
Mexico: + than 30 days
South Africa: + than 30 days
Qatar: + than 18 days
UAE: + than 17 days

The delay depends on the respective customs clearance and local postal mail of each country in particular. Argenthings is not responsible for those delay that may occur, we always ship the orders on time.

United States of America

The map of the United States of America shows the delivery time from Buenos Aires to each State. Customer or someone must be at home at the moment of delivery, a signature will be required. Each parcel has its respective tracking number.
